This report updates the Greater Norwich Housing Market Assessment published by the Greater Norwich Housing Partnership in September 2007 and the subsequent refresh carried out in 2009. It is based on the findings of interviews with key players in the housing market held in February and March 2011, and on re-calculating housing need using the same methodology as Opinion Research Services (published in June 2006) to reflect the changes in the housing market.
