Development Management

The Joint Core Strategy for Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk provides a strategic planning framework within which the area will develop over the next 15 years – identifying broad locations for new housing and employment growth and changes to transport infrastructure and other supporting community facilities, as well as defining areas where development should be limited.

More detailed proposals for specific locations will be dealt with by each individual district through the preparation of an Area Action Plan, or Site Specific Policies DPD as appropriate.
